Delivery Process

Within 2 days after your order is placed, we will screen the products and pack them to send to the consignment/courier/logistics company.

The product will be delivered to the courier within 3 days thereafter.

The shipper/courier/logistics company will deliver the items on time within the working day，and arrived within the estimated time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 2 days of placing an order, but you need to contact customer service in time.
However, once it is more than 2 days and the product has been shipped to the logistics company, there is a cost included in the value of the product - the courier fee.
If you want a refund, you need to deduct this part of the cost (the specific cost depends on the weight of the product, almost 2.5-5 dollars, we will bear it with you, so please be careful in ordering and refunding.) Please be careful when ordering and refunding.

Because of the long and expensive shipping time, if there is no product quality problem, it can not be returned or exchanged.
