2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We primarily select from DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Postal Parcels and their partners for international shipping, based on the destination country/region, order weight and dimensions, and cost-effectiveness.

  • The specific shipping service (e.g., Standard Express, Economy) may vary depending on the destination country/region, order weight and size, and any shipping options you select (if available). Differences will be reflected in the shipping cost calculation.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

  • All orders are shipped from China.

  • Important Notice: Due to our global customer base (especially in the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other regions) and the numerous uncontrollable factors involved in international logistics (such as customs clearance, flight schedules, local delivery efficiency at the destination, holidays, weather, etc.), we cannot provide a fixed, precise delivery date. The times below are estimated ranges only:

    • Major European Countries (e.g., UK, Germany, France): Typically 8 - 12 business days (from the date of dispatch).

    • USA & Canada: Typically 10 - 20 business days (from the date of dispatch).

    • Middle East (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia): Typically 6 - 16 business days (from the date of dispatch). Please note that customs clearance in this region can sometimes take significantly longer.

    • Rest of World: Typically 12 - 30 business days or longer (from the date of dispatch). For specific timelines, please contact customer service.

  • "Business days" typically refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in both the origin (China) and destination countries.

  • The above timeframes are estimates based on historical experience only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Actual shipping times may be shorter or longer than the estimated range.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and your selected shipping service (if applicable), and will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions, such as Free Shipping on orders over $200 USD.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier's website.

  • You can use this tracking number on the carrier's official website to check your package status. Please note:

    • Tracking information may not update in the carrier's system for 24-48 hours after dispatch.

    • Updates may be delayed during international transit, especially during customs clearance.

    • We recommend checking the tracking information periodically for the latest location of your package.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders Please Note: Your package may be subject to customs clearance upon entering your country.

  • The recipient (you) is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST), and customs processing fees that may be levied by the destination country/region's government. These charges are not associated with cyclene.

  • We cannot predict, control, or pay these fees on your behalf. Payment of these charges is necessary for your package to clear customs and be delivered.

  • Failure to pay duties/taxes may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed, with any associated losses borne by the recipient. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations before ordering.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Although we partner with reliable carriers and strive to ship promptly, delays in international shipping are sometimes unavoidable (e.g., customs delays, extreme weather, carrier operational delays, holiday congestion, strikes).

  • cyclene is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • If your package experiences a significant delay (e.g., well beyond the upper limit of the estimated timeframe), please first check the latest status using the carrier's tracking link. If you require assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure you provide a complete, accurate, and clear shipping address at checkout (including postal/zip code and a contact phone number). A phone number is crucial for international shipping customs clearance and delivery.

  • cyclene is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer. Address changes after submission may incur additional fees, cause delays, or be impossible.

  • It is usually not possible to change the shipping address after an order has been dispatched.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While rare, if your package is lost or severely damaged during transit:

    • Immediately contact our customer service team at wangzeyu@cyclene.cn and provide your order number and tracking number.

    • We will assist you in filing an investigation and claim with the carrier. Depending on the carrier's terms and the investigation outcome, we may reship your order (subject to stock availability) or offer a refund/compensation (if applicable).

    • Please note that the investigation process may take several weeks, as required by the carrier.
