1.How to place an order?
Shopping at moment1me is easy. Simply follow the steps below to place an order.
1) To add an item into your shopping cart, simply select the “Add to Cart” button.
2) Once you complete your selection of items, click on “VIEW CART” for a preview of your order. From here, you can review your order and change the quantity if necessary. If you're ready to place your order, click the “CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button.
3) Complete shipping and billing information, then click “CONTINUE PAYMENT” to proceed to payment.
2. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation or out-of-stock notices. The amount of time it takes for the refund to shoe on your credit card or PayPal account depends on the policies of these institutions.
3. How to cancel an order?
1) Cancel an unpaid order:
To cancel an unpaid order, simply log into your account, go to “My Orders” and cancel the order you no longer want by clicking the “Cancel Order” button.
2) Cancel a paid order:
Processing: Log into your account and submit a ticket in “My Tickets”, we will make arrangements as soon as possible.
4. What should I do if I did not receive a notice Email of order?
If you have not received the notice email of the order, please check your spam folder first. Or you could find the latest status of your order in “My Orders”.
5. What is MOQ?
We have different MOQ for different products. More detail, you could check on each item. But note it ,we will handle with your order when your order amount reach 30 USD.
6. How can I get samples?
①. you choose what sample you want and pay the sample cost and shipping cost, delivery time about 7-15 Working days .
7. Forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, Please find “Forgot your password” on the “Sign in” page, and click it. Filled in your username and registered email, then the new password will be sent to your email. For security privacy, please change your new password on member home.
8. What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
1) All items are subject to availability. Due to we wholesale the stock and the stock is changing all the time, so there will be some items out of stock when you make order.
2) Sometimes, the items in your cart, but you didn't confirm in time. The items quantity will be reduced. Why? During this time, other customers are purchasing them. Suggest you'd better confirm the order in time and let's know your new order early. Then you still get more items.
3) If you send some money as deposit, when you make order, then we reduce the order amount from your deposit. Then you will get the parcel very fast. Do you think so? I do.
4) After you confirmed the order, if few items you ordered have been out of stock , we will reduce the items amount (the items are are out of stock). Because the designs are so many, so it is too hard to promise all stock is exact. Hope you understand.
9. Do I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?
A: Yes, once you confirmed your order ,you will get an email from system. The content of email is you have set up a new order. We will finish picking up the goods within 2 days.
10. Can I change my order?
1) Of course, you can change your order (add or delete items) before confirmation. After you confirmed the order, we will pick up the goods at once. Till now, you can add, but not reduce items. If you want to add some products, you have to make a new order. We will combine orders and offer you the same discount.
2) Before we pick up the goods, you can cancel the order, which don't bring you any trouble. After we finished your order, you decide to cancel the order, it will bring you negative impression. if total is 3 times, we will consider to keep cooperation or not .
11. How can I get my package shipped to a different address than my billing address?
After you click "check out" button, it will come out blank column of shipping and billing information. You can fill in relevant information in right place. Then you will get your package even if the address are different between shipping and billing.
12. How long do you keep the order for me?
1) If you confirmed your order, but we can't contact with you, we only keep the goods 7 days from the day you confired the order.
2) If your order was ready, but you are unable to pay order in time. We are going to keep the goods 15 days from the day your order was ready.
13. What is your shipping charges?
After we prepared your goods, we will email you the shipping cost according to your goods weight and express company which you chose. Please noted that we don't take any profit from shipment.
14.What happens if I am out when you deliver?
If you are outside, not available to receive parcel, you should contact express company and inform the courier/carrier send to appointed person and place by you. Otherwise, when the courier/carrier can't contact you in 3 days, your parcel will be returned automacically. You will lose a lot. (Because when the parcel retured to us , you want to get it again, you need to pay shipping cost again. ) Pls. care this. Thank you.
15. How do I track my parcel?
1) After we sent out your goods , we will send the tracking No. to you in the same or second day. Then you can track your parcel on express official website at anytime. If you can't track the parcel online. Please contact express office to check package status and send us emails to inform that. We will help you.
2) However, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services who will be happy to help you. Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.
16. Can I use your images on my website or publication?
All images displayed on this website are copyrighted to Moment1me Jewelry
. If you purchase the jewelry from Moment1me Jewelry and for selling. It is allowed to use product photoes as legal commerce. But it strictly forbid use our photoes or logo for the products which not from Moment1me Jewelry.
17. If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?
We will hold the goods for you 5 business days. Overtime, system will move out the items from your cart. So if you want to purchase the items. Please submit your order in time.Thank you.
18. Returns and Exchange
In order to build long-term cooperation with customers, we promise to exchange or return goods when there is any unartificial quality problem as following:
1) The goods not match to customer’s order (except the exchanged goods after we negotiate with you)
2) There is any damaged during the delivery.
Don't return or exchange goods
1. If there is any damage caused by abnormal wear or tear
2. We won‘t return or exchange goods only because of customer’s favor (such as smell, color, model, appearance.) or other conditions.
How to return ordered items
When you return any items, please send an email to us firstly to supply your order ID/item ID,the reason for the return, then you get our return address. Once we receive & check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.
You can choose to deliver the goods back by express or other delivery method, And You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. But we will bear shipping cost of one way ,in other words,when we send new items to you, the shipping cost is for free. If the goods not match to customers' order , we will bear all shipping cost. In addition,if the items are only few, we will discuss with you. Shall we exchange it in your new order or refund you directly.
Note: Please refer to the declaring sum filled when we delivery the goods if you want to know the product sum.
Please follow these steps to deal with the broken items
Sometimes there will be several borken items on the way of shipping although each item is strictly examined and packed before they are shipped.Such thing is inevitable in the international shipping .

1. Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.
(order ID, the borken items ID)
2. Please supply the pictures of the broken items in email.
3. We will give you the reasonable soluation after receive the pictures of the broken items.
Discrepancy in color and shape
A: What we sale are Stainless Steel Jewelry, we hold the belief of making every effort to keep the jewelry color and shape same. It is normal that the color and shape of our jewelry occasionally come to be a little different from those pictures.
